Supporting Regional Development Through Professional Leadership

The Secretariat coordinates VDF's day-to-day operations, implements programmes, strengthens partnerships, and supports the delivery of the Forum's strategic priorities through effective collaboration with key stakeholders.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership, committees, and partners, the Secretariat ensures that the Forum's vision is translated into practical, measurable action across every district of the Volta Region.

What We Do

Programme Coordination

Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of VDF programmes and initiatives across the region.

Partnership Development

Building and maintaining relationships with government, business, development partners, and communities.

Research & Knowledge

Generating research, regional data, and insights that inform evidence-based planning and investment.

Administration & Finance

Managing the Forum's administrative operations, financial stewardship, and institutional systems.

Communications

Managing VDF's communications, media engagement, and stakeholder outreach across all channels.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Tracking performance, measuring impact, and ensuring accountability across programmes and projects.
