How It Works

How VDF Committees Operate

Each committee follows a structured engagement model — from diagnosis to delivery — ensuring our work is evidence-based, inclusive, and results-focused.

1

Diagnose

Committees conduct sector assessments and identify gaps, opportunities, and priority interventions across Volta districts.

2

Strategise

Members develop actionable plans, policy memos, and project proposals aligned to national development frameworks.

3

Engage

Committees engage government ministries, MDAs, and sector partners during planning cycles — not after budgets are set.

4

Deliver

Through VDF's secretariat and partner organisations, committees monitor implementation and report on outcomes.
